Ration Resistance Training

While aerobic training is always a great way to raise your heart
rate and burn calories, resistance training should not be
attempted on a daily basis. Your muscles need time to recover
and to rebuild in between each resistance training session. Make
a habit of giving your body at least one day to recover after
hitting the weights!
