Sleep Is Key!

Did you know that sleep is a vital component for weight loss?
A study done at the University of Chicago concluded that
people who got less than four hours of sleep actually had
increased levels of the hormone cortisol and insulin—which are
linked to a difficulty in processing carbohydrates. Tonight go to
