30 Min Fat Burning Workout!

Looking for an intense fat incinerating work out?  Try this out!

Warm Up: Medicine ball wood chops 20 reps, Planks 30-90 sec, Burpies 10 (repeat 3 x)


Routine

Exercise                              Sets                  Reps                   Rest

Do these three together!

Squat Press 1 arm                 3                          10 each             none
2 pt. DB Row                         3                          10 each             none
Ball Exchanges                       3                          15                     Rest 1-1.5 min

Then..

Run or Elliptical hard for 5 minutes

Then…these three together!

1 arm Power cleans              3                           10ea              none
Push ups                             3                           10-15             none
Lat Pull downs                     3                           10 Rest           1-1.5 min

Then…

Run or Elliptical hard for 5 min!

Then…

Stretch and get on with your day!
