No Fear!

This last weekend I was listening to our pastor talk about having no fear. It made me think about the fact that as children we are born with innate ignorance of fear. Fear is something we learn with age and in my latest thoughts, it is something that holds many of us back in reaching our lifestyle and wellness related goals. Wellness, as many of you know, does not just include physical fitness. However, as a Personal Trainer we are often looking to the physical aspects of health.

Realistically on the other hand, a wellness wheel is all encompassing involving leisure, relationships, social, intellectual, nutritional, emotional, occupational, spiritual, environmental and physical fitness related spokes! If one spoke is short or missing, the wheel may take us astray from the path we have set out to achieve. We all need to self reflect at times and shake off the fear of change. Prioritize the areas in your life that need attention and get to it!

We need not live in fear. Eliminate fear of success, fear of setting time aside for family or yourselves, fear of personal growth, or fear of setting goals and GO FOR IT! In a book I recently read, I came across the following quote: "Every body ends up somewhere, but few bodies end up somewhere on purpose!" (Chazown, Craig Groeschel)

I am so blessed to have each and every one of you as a client, family member or friend. One of my personal rewards in life is to support you in attaining your goals. I get up every day and look forward to going to work and serving those in need of motivation, knowledge, expertise, or just an open ear!

Join me in pursuing your goals without fear of failure, with passion, discipline, and self confidence.
